of course no one has a right to good health however ‘the general welfare’ clause of the US Federal Constitution gives our elected representatives a mandate to maintain the general welfare which National Health Care does. Giving Giant MultiNational Corporations control over our health care by tying Health Care to a Corporate Job is ridiculous.
