Hi Dudes and Dudettes!

Ever since the launch of ReDoo, we’ve been slowly but steadily adding new features to it.

Today, the ReDoo feature gets two new icons:

-One is an older icon with a new look but the same functionality. The ‘ReDoo this!’ icon lets you add your own touch or twist to another ToonDooer’s toon .
-The second is a new icon which says ‘See Original’. This icon will apear below each ReDone toon and enable you to view the original toon which inspired the ReDoo version.

If you haven’t set your toons as ReDooable yet, you can do so now by going to My ToonDoos and clicking on ‘Make all toons ReDooable’.

Here’s presenting a cool new tool that helps you showcase toons in a slideshow format!

It’s called WidgeToons, because it is a widget that displays latest toons by you or by your favorite ToonDooers. You can embed it within your blog, website or your social networking profile pages.

The WidgeToons come with customizable font and background colors and will alternately showcase the last 12 toons by any ToonDooer.

Now have fun creating with ToonDoo and showing them off everywhere else too!

Hi Dudes and Dudettes!

Here is a brand new feature which many of you were watching out for…

A feature that let’s you watch out for toons of your favorite toondooers!

That’s right, we’re proud to introduce Toonfeeds, a feature which lets you receive latest creations from your favorite toondooers as and when they publish them!

Follow the following steps to follow your favorite dooers at ToonDoo (that sure is a lot of following!)

-Once you’re logged in to ToonDoo, go to your ‘Edit Profile’ page under the ‘Etc’ top menu.

-Scroll down to the Toon Feed section below.

-Add your favorite toondooer names in the ‘Add Dooers’ box. You can add multiple names by separating them with commas. Note however, that the toondooer names must be typed exactly as you see them on ToonDoo and that they’re case-sensitive!

-Click on update once you’re done!

-Copy the feed URL given on the right and add it to whichever feed reader you use.

-You will now start receiving the latest toons from your favorite toondooers in your feed reader!

We’re sure the toonfeed feature will save you a lot of the browsing time you spend looking for your favorite doeers’ toons!

When developing a software product, there always comes a time when you just want to stop adding just that one more feature and fix just that one more bug and squeeze just that bit more of performance before launching….. and just want to get it off the blocks!

ToonDoo, the Cartoon Strip Maker from Jambav has reached just that phase in development.

After feverishly working for many weeks on end building this tool for you, we want to now find out what you think about this tool, and we want to develop the next version of this platform based on the most valuable “requirements document” of all, your feedback!
